Handmade Beanies
Our beanies are handmade in small batches. Because of this, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
To report an issue: send us an email with a photo and your order number within 14 days of receiving it.
Clothing (Print-On-Demand)
All clothing is made to order via Print-On-Demand. We do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.
Damaged or misprinted? Let us know within 14 days and we’ll take care of it.
Accessories
Accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original condition.
Note: Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
